—– Semi Automatic Disc Filter Cleaning Instructions —–

1. Cleaning of the filter must be done when the pressure differential across the disc filter reaches 0.6 kg/cm2 (8.5psi) or when the clogging indicator red button pops up.
2. Cleaning the Semi-Automatic Filter must be done while the filter is under pressure of water flow.
3. Gradually open the flushing valve of the filter.
4. To start the cleaning of the filter, turn the handle (top of the filter) 90 degrees in a clockwise direction.
5. Cleaning operation starts, system pressure might increase during the cleaning operation.
6. When the cleaning operation is done, the first filter handle direction should be at filtration mode. And then the flushing valve gradually close.
7. In case the filter is still clogged (pressure indicator button is up.) Repeat the above steps for effective disc cleaning.
